Nominate Your Favorite Health Freedom Defender for our CHD-NJ Spotlight!

New Jersey has created an extraordinary “stone soup” effort to protect children’s health, parental rights and medical freedom. Individuals from all walks of life have stepped out of their comfort zones to protect these rights and we want to honor them. Parents, doctors, teachers, nurses, attorneys, scientists, police officers, military personnel and many others have risked their comfort and careers to fight for the future of our children.

Let’s let them know we see them for who they really are.
