CHDNJ Beach Day: Health Freedom Community Building

CHDNJ’s first beach day is in the books!

On Thursday, July 27, about a dozen health freedom advocates proved that they can take the heat, braving 95 degree weather to meet new friends at The Sandbox beach in Highlands. We shared our stories, our recipes, our hopes and our ideas for creating change.

We hope this will be the first of many recreational events that can weave some fun and self-care into our efforts to create meaningful change for our children and their futures.
